Introducing Sunday Morning Zen

What will 2021 hold for you?

What goals will you set?

My goal? To continue to empower clients on their journey to recovery and restoration from injury, surgery, persistent physical dysfunction, and pain.

And in 2021, new things are already happening at Tranquil Waves Yoga.

On December 31, 2020, it was announced that I will be creating short free weekly yoga videos for Muskegon Channel. See the short intro interview that I did with Andy O’Riley for more information. And on January 3, 2021, the first yoga session posted on Muskegon Channel. This episode focuses on gently awakening and loosening your spine in child’s pose and variations. Subsequent episodes may include short sequences of poses, meditation, or breathing exercises.

Check out both episodes here.

Yoga does not have to take an hour (or longer) or only consist of fast paced sequences. Yoga can be done in shorter sessions and with gentler poses. It can be done on your schedule in just a few minutes at a time.

When you are ready for individualized one-on-one instruction, visit the Private Yoga section of my website or call/email me (231-215-9660 or caitlin.anderson@tranquilwavesyoga.com) to chat about how private yoga sessions can empower you on your journey to achieving your wellness goals.
